The SDDA is the lead government department responsible for championing the rights, promoting the welfare and interests of the Kenyan diaspora, and facilitating the placement of Kenyans in the international job market.

National Employment Agency

The National Employment Authority is the lead agency in the Ministry of Labour charged with licensing and providing oversight of private recruitment agencies. They play a key role in regulating employment both locally and abroad.

State Department for Foreign Affairs

Kenyan Missions Abroad: Provides consular services and vital resources to Kenyan talent working abroad Interlocutor between Kenya and Foreign Governments including negotiations for Bi-Lateral Agreements.

Kenya Maritime Association

The Kenya Maritime Authority regulates the recruitment of seafarers in Kenya.

State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services

Provides smooth immigration support for Kenyan talent during the migration cycle.

IOM

IOM Kenya delivers on the promise of migration by working with the Government of Kenya by providing capacity building and supporting Kenyan talent abroad.

The State Department is responsible for training and equipping Kenyan talent with the necessary skills for the local and international job markets.
